Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $16.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
