Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
