Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient operations. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team while enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. principles in daily tasks.
• Perform cashiering duties, merchandising, and stocking to uphold store standards.
• Assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring product quality.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
