Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
