Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register efficiently, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on product issues.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
