Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, handle cashier responsibilities, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment efficiently, including electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with attention to detail, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
