Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Take inventory counts and monitor accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Operate a cash register with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
