Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
