Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is a plus
