Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
