Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is always organized, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
