Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store location. As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management tasks following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
