Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at our new store location. As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, neatly display merchandise, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
