Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
