Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.00 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
• Maintain store quality and product freshness.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling staff.
• Develop and communicate job expectations to team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies and operations.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Prior management experience desirable.
