Position Overview: As a Store Manager Trainee at Aldi, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations effectively. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team performance, scheduling, and implementing operational plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI core values and competencies.
• Supervise team operations and customer service.
• Understand company strategy and communicate values.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain product quality.
• Recruit, hire, and manage store personnel.
• Establish job expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
• Monitor competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Maintain store safety, merchandising, and inventory levels.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years retail experience; management preferred.

Travel: Full-Time Store Manager Trainees may need to travel to various locations.
