We are seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of managing a store. Your role will involve supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Maintain store presentation, product quality, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and drive operational excellence.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations for training.
