Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively manage store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to operate equipment and manage budgets efficiently.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as needed.
