Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and operational plans effectively.
• Oversee product merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
• Conduct store meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in operating cash registers, equipment, and conducting store inventory.
• Familiarity with budgeting, personnel management, and implementing company policies.
