We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join the Aldi team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring your team to achieve store goals.
