We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while providing guidance and mentorship to the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $105,000 (salary and bonus included)*
