Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will receive comprehensive training on store operations and management in preparation for a leadership role. As a Trainee, you will actively participate in overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall store performance. This position offers the opportunity to develop essential operational and leadership skills within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day store operations.
• Develop and mentor team members to achieve excellent customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company values and policies to foster a positive team environment.
• Manage store staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement merchandising strategies and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience, with prior management experience a plus.
• Ability to lead a team, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
