Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by overseeing Studio and Group Fitness programs. You will be responsible for driving performance, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage, recruiting talent, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs in Studio and Group Fitness spaces.
• Create competitive and convenient class schedules to drive member attendance.
• Provide world-class member experiences by ensuring equipment, rooms, and programming meet high standards.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches through feedback and practice sessions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address member concerns, and maintain a culture that embodies core values and accountability.
