We are excited to announce the opening for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead position at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and coaching talent, achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring high-energy classes that build community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent for group fitness classes and STUDIO sessions.
• Analyze business performance and drive STUDIO/Group Fitness attendance to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Maintain clean and safe STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces, execute VASA initiatives flawlessly, and provide ongoing training and support for instructors.
• Create a culture of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability within the team, delivering exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team effectively.
• Passion for fitness, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment.
