Position: Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead

Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage talented Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that create community.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
- Drive club traffic and member engagement through innovative programming.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness industry management preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community building.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
