Harvest Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Harvest Mechanic to join Cargill's global protein and salt business team in Fort Morgan, CO. As a Harvest Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the safe operation of standard maintenance tools, completing preventative maintenance work, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental procedures.
• Maintain process and industry standards while promoting safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Successful completion of a Mechanical Aptitude test.
