Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations within proximity to the consolidation/distribution center. Your duties will include loading and unloading trailers using established techniques, technology, and procedures. The specific tasks and schedule may vary based on the terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for candidates with less experience).
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements, no automatic restriction.
• Stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
