Job Description
We are currently seeking a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Reno, NV at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from multiple locations near our consolidation/distribution center. You will also be involved in loading and unloading trailers using standard techniques and procedures, similar to a dock worker. The specific duties and schedules may vary based on the terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience. Candidates with less experience may qualify for training.
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements, without automatic restriction.
- Stable work history and a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
