Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Local City Driver / Forklift Operator in Reno, NV. Join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers in the country. We are looking for individuals with The Skill & The Will to provide exceptional transportation and logistics solutions to our customers.
General Description of Duties
- Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, typically in proximity to the consolidation/distribution center.
- Loading and unloading trailers using industry-standard techniques and procedures.
- Actual duties and schedules may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
- Good stable work record and safe driving history.
- Required to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet medical requirements.
