Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
