Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer specializing in Residential and Light Commercial settings to join our team at Central Florida - Service Experts. As an HVAC Installer, you will work under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager, installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in customers' homes. Your responsibilities will include designing, fabricating, and installing ducts, performing system start-ups, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining company property.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
  • Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings as needed.
  • Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company property, vehicles, and tools.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
  • Assist with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
  • Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by laws/regulations.
  • EPA and safety certifications.
  • Proficient in HVAC equipment functionality and installation.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
