Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls efficiently.
• Analyze and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote products and services effectively.

Health & Safety Roles

• Report unsafe acts and conditions promptly.
• Use and maintain personal protective equipment as required.
• Participate in safety initiatives and report all incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid licenses, EPA, and safety certifications.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and troubleshooting systems.
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
