Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately.
• Complete routine maintenance, handle parts and equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote products and services, communicate effectively, and maintain company tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years' HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing and certifications as required by law, EPA, and safety certifications.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, operating necessary tools, and troubleshooting problems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, communication skills, time-management, and ability to work in various environments.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable records and physical ability to handle equipment.
