Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Master Electrician to join our team at L.L.Bean's fast-paced Order Fulfillment Center in Freeport. As a licensed Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining electrical systems, ensuring safety, and supporting the company's operations. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $37.00 per hour, premium pay for night shifts, great benefits, and a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for electrical maintenance and problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex robotics and automation systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support technology requirements.
- Mentor and support junior electricians.
- Respond to on-call requirements to ensure business demands are met.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Master Electrician.
- Minimum of 6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
- Experience with PLCs and complex electrical control systems.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to work at heights.
