Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nurse (LPN or LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah for the NOC shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a crucial role in administering medications and treatments to our residents in a professional and caring manner, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Document resident information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
- Notify appropriate staff of any changes in resident conditions.
- Assist with medication records and orders as needed.
- Monitor medication inventory and communicate with the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN or LVN) in the state.
- Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is desirable.
- Monthly in-services attendance and CPR certification required.
- Successful completion of a background check.
