Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse
Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
