Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to assessments, administering medications, and supervising patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
