Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
