Job Description
Exeter Center, located in beautiful Exeter, NH, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Per Diem LPN, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
