We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health's team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for those under your care.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and compassionate nursing care to patients and residents.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
• Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
