Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license from the State Nursing Board.
• Current BLS/CPR certification, if required by the practice state.
