Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and contributing to discharge planning. This position offers opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with flexible work hours and competitive pay based on experience.

Requirements
