Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Primary Care Float Pool

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care Float Pool at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN I, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. Working closely with providers and RNs, you will provide technical nursing care, support patient and family needs, and assist in clinical and administrative healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following prescribed protocols.
• Provide technical nursing services to patients at different stages of health and illness.
• Offer clinical and administrative support to patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
