Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients/residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
