Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. This full-time position involves night shifts with twelve-hour workdays, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician's orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required.
