Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN II, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, healthcare providers, and Office Supervisor to provide exceptional patient care, maintain a high level of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with other staff members. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering optimal care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical office setting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist healthcare providers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and uphold ethical standards in patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
