Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver optimal patient care, maintain high levels of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with other team members.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Preferred BLS training/certification.
