Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, with 20-40 expected hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
