Job Description
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing facility at Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Nursing within The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN with us, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient well-being, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and offering compassionate support to patients and residents. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor nursing assistants, fostering their growth and development.
Available Positions
- 24 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. (6 shifts/2-week pay period)
- 24 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. (4 shifts/2-week pay period)
- 72 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. (6 shifts/2-week pay period)
We offer sign-on bonuses up to $7,500 for LPN positions, with incremental payments after 90 days, one year, and two years of continuous employment. Specific licensure and graduation requirements apply.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current LPN licensure.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred.
