Job Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Assess patients, observe conditions, report changes, and contribute to care planning.
